I'm Home!

I'm finally back home!

It's been a week of unpacking, laundry, cleaning, laundry, going through mail, laundry, emails, laundry, grocery shopping ................you get the idea.  But it is so good to be back!
I so missed my friends and my blog friends!!

Where have we been?  We went to Ohio to celebrate the life of my darling father-in-law who passed away.  And what an amazing life to celebrate!  He was the kindest, most loving and gentle man I have ever met and raised an incredible son I am so lucky to be married to ;)

He left behind his bride and girlfriend of sixty-three years, two wonderful sons, four beautiful grandaughters and one very honored daughter-in-law.

Oh yes ~

and one very exhausted gran-puppy who wanted to make sure he didn't miss his ride home ;)

The funeral; well Pastor O'Donnell was definitely blessed by the holy spirit that day as his words could not have been more perfect and brought us so much comfort.  He truly depicted Dad's life and how he was as a friend, neighbor and christian.
It was truly a celebration of his life!!

We love you Dad and you will be dearly missed!

Always,
Sharon
